Over the past 23 years, Mitch has developed a successful career in the field of road infrastructure, with a particular focus on traffic signals, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), enforcement technology, and other innovative solutions aimed at improving road safety across the Queensland network.

Throughout his career, Mitch has gained extensive experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of traffic signal systems, including the use of advanced technologies such as adaptive traffic signal control, vehicle detection, and communication systems. He has also worked on various ITS projects, such as freeway management systems, weigh-in-motion, traveler information systems, and incident management systems.
